About The Opportunity

We are looking for an HR Operations Associate to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be part of a lean, high-performing HR team by keeping employee records accurate, benefits running smoothly, and day-to-day HR activities on track across multiple entities. It is a great starting point for someone who wants to build a broad HR foundation, and wants to grow in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee data and HR records across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding operations, including system account setup and data entry, cross-functional coordination, and email communications.
  • Handle employee daily requests, general information updates, and document management.
  • Review and maintain OT and leave records to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle employee benefit administration and reimbursement processes.
  • Support other ad-hoc HR team tasks, activities and events.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree with up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship included).
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling routine operational tasks with accuracy.
  • Good written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
