Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, work pass management, and HR operations. This role is suitable for degree holders who are keen to build a career in Human Resources within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification of employee information.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with project managers and site personnel on manpower requirements and HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
  • Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 months of relevant internship or work experience in HR or administration is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass processes will be an advantage.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
