Job Summary

IET Pte Ltd seeks an experienced HR & Office Manager to lead HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and daily office operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up to secure qualified talent
  • Manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, leave, and attendance data for compliance and reporting
  • Support payroll preparation by compiling overtime records and HR documentation to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
  • Administer work pass applications, training schedules, medical records, and other employee-related administrative tasks to maintain workforce readiness
  • Oversee office administration functions such as correspondence, filing, and document control to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise administrative staff to optimize team performance and maintain efficient office workflows
  • Collaborate with project, manpower, finance, and management teams to align HR and office operations with business objectives
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower summaries, and management updates to inform decision-making and track workforce metrics
  • Ensure all HR practices and records comply with Singapore employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, manage disciplinary documentation, and support performance administration to promote a positive work environment
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR and administrative processes using digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and office administration experience
  • Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment administration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in manpower, construction, engineering, or project-based companies
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
