The Role:
Suffolk Global is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to help establish and scale people operations across multiple functions and business units in Bengaluru, India. As the primary HR partner for the India office, this individual will support the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee experience, HR operations, and ongoing people programs.
In the near term, the HR Business Partner will work closely with Suffolk's U.S. HR organization and external partners to implement HR policies, talent acquisition activities, employee programs, and operational processes. As Suffolk Global grows, this role will help shape the long-term HR strategy, identifying opportunities to build internal capabilities and transition key HR functions in-house.
Success in this role requires a collaborative, hands-on leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and partnering across global teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to build the HR foundation for a rapidly expanding organization while growing into a broader HR leadership role as Suffolk Global scales.
