My client, a growing Italian brand, is looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Head in Taiwan, you will be responsible for the retail stores activities & recruitment in Taiwan

Job duties:
· Act as business partner for stores and office functions on recruitment, HR operation and staff relations issues
· Develop and coordinate human resource programs and activities including recruitment, employee relations, staff development and C&B etc to support business needs
· Monitor the headcount and budget reports
· Administers and develop processes to foster effective communication between employees and management
· Interacts with government authorities, professional bodies and consultants regarding HR issues to maintain effective employee relations and communication with the business, and the compliance of the laws
· Other HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
· At least 3 years Human Resources experience at preferably in retail or with a multinational company
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Proactive, multitasking, independent and flexible
· Fluency in English and Mandarin
