Job Description

Backed by Acer's global resources and strong market expertise, we currently operate across Taiwan, the Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong, with plans to expand into additional overseas markets in the future.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR function and partner closely with business leaders to support organizational growth and overseas operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as a member of the management team and act as a strategic HR partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives.15

- Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide HR insights and solutions that support organizational growth and international operations.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with subsidiaries, developing a solid understanding of their HR practices, workforce structures, and people priorities.

- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations and internal policies and procedures.

- Manage payroll operations and support annual manpower planning and budget preparation.

- Implement performance management, salary review, bonus allocation, and other compensation-related programs.

- Plan and execute employee communication, engagement, and welfare initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative company culture.

- Maintain, update, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.

- Support cross-country HR coordination and information alignment as the organization expands into new markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience; experience in hi-tech, gaming, or multinational environments is preferred.

- Strong organizational coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and countries.

- Experience working with overseas entities or subsidiaries and providing HR-related analysis or reporting to management is a plus.

- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good command of English; experience working in an international environment is preferred.
