Role Purpose
We are seeking a strategic HR Director to spearhead organizational excellence across Taiwan, Singapore, and Indonesia. This role focuses on building a robust structural foundation, driving cultural alignment, and optimizing people operations to support our SaaS and F&B technology expansion. Your goal is to transform HR from a support function into a strategic engine that drives organizational agility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Architecture & Strategy
- Design and implement scalable organizational structures that align with long-term business goals across all regional offices.
- Lead high-level workforce planning and succession management to ensure the leadership pipeline is future-ready.
- Act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational health and change management.
2. Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy
- Standardize and optimize the cross-border compensation and benefits framework to remain competitive in the SaaS/Tech industry.
3. Performance Management & Culture
- Refine the performance appraisal system, moving toward a data-driven culture that prioritizes measurable impact and continuous growth.
- Cultivate a unified One Team culture across cross-border offices while maintaining high employee engagement.
- Manage complex employee relations and high-level performance interventions.
4. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation
- Workflow Optimization: Review and audit all People Operations SOPs to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Ensure data integrity within HRIS and leverage People Analytics to provide actionable insights to management.
5. Leadership & Team Enablement
- Provide strategic mentorship to HRBPs and specialists, empowering them to manage operational tasks with high autonomy.
- Oversee the development of internal policies that balance legal compliance with a modern, flexible workplace environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience, focusing on Organizational Development (OD), C&B, or HR Operations in a regional capacity.
- Proven ability to design HR systems from scratch rather than just maintaining existing ones.
- Deep understanding of labor compliance and cultural dynamics in Taiwan, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for cross-border stakeholder management.
