Human resources:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and offboarding. (Manage HR daily routine and employee relations (group insurance, healthy check-up..etc))
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Support employee relations, training arrangements, and company events and employee engagement activities
- Support HR functions/projects
- Support HR initiatives and other duties as directed by supervisor
General affairs:
- Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, document filing, contract management, and meeting support
- Coordinate with vendors for office facilities, equipment maintenance, and repair needs
- Assist in general affairs duties including office environment management, purchasing, and asset control
- Company cars, mobile management and maintenance
- Arrange travelling affairs with travel agency (booking accommodation, visa, flights, transportation, working permit) 6) Other assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or administration functions; exposure to general affairs is a plus
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, offboarding)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is an advantage
- Good command of Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
