Mighty Jaxx is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & Operations (Senior) Executive to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the organisation, while also managing payroll for our smaller entities. Reporting to the Director of People, you will help bring the right talent into Mighty Jaxx and ensure smooth People Operations delivery. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, cross-functional leads, and the broader People team to foster an engaging workplace culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies across channels.
Maintain and report on recruitment pipeline metrics, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience throughout.
Oversee and manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, statutory contributions, and tax filings.
Administer employee claims, benefits programmes, and leave tracking in line with company policies and local regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, generating periodic reports to support workforce insights and operational audits.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for all team members.
Review and optimise existing HR operational processes and workflows to continuously elevate efficiency and service standards.
Assist in managing employee queries and workplace relations with empathy, fairness, and strict confidentiality.
Prior experience in a HR function preferred.
Strong grasp of end-to-end payroll workflows and general HR operational administration.
Familiarity with local employment legislation and statutory compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with HRIS solutions and payroll software tools.
Great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders and team members.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and high standards of confidentiality.
