Job Summary
Manage full-cycle HR functions and manpower planning for construction projects, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations. Collaborate with project teams to support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee relations to support organizational goals
Plan and coordinate manpower requirements for construction projects, including preparing and submitting work pass applications in compliance with MOM regulations
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and support performance management processes to maintain a positive work environment
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to inform management decisions and support training and development programs
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with employment laws
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 to 2 years of HR experience in construction or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
