Job description
Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment including job postings, selection, interviewing and offers management.
Coordinate with candidates and/or recruitment agencies.
Conduct seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Work Pass & MOM Compliance:
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals and any other work pass related matter.
Timely and accurate submissions to avoid compliance issues.
Support workplace safety requirements and MOM-related surveys.
HR Operations & Administration:
Responsible for end-to-end HR administration and operations and advisory support to employees
Maintain and update accurate HRIS records and employee files with confidentiality
Administration of employee confirmation, resignation and other employment related documentations
Staff attendance verification
Prepare accurate monthly HR reports
Support internal and external audits and statutory compliance
Any other duties as assigned to support HR operations and overall business needs.
Requirements
. Minimum 1- 3 years experience in HR operations in Singapore
. Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
