Recruitment:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment including job postings, selection, interviewing and offers management.

  • Coordinate with candidates and/or recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

Work Pass & MOM Compliance:

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals and any other work pass related matter.

  • Timely and accurate submissions to avoid compliance issues.

  • Support workplace safety requirements and MOM-related surveys.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Responsible for end-to-end HR administration and operations and advisory support to employees

  • Maintain and update accurate HRIS records and employee files with confidentiality

  • Administration of employee confirmation, resignation and other employment related documentations

  • Staff attendance verification

  • Prepare accurate monthly HR reports

  • Support internal and external audits and statutory compliance

  • Any other duties as assigned to support HR operations and overall business needs.

Requirements

. Minimum 1- 3 years experience in HR operations in Singapore

. Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
