Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify key moments of truth in the employee lifecycle and design initiatives to improve the employee experience at each stage.
- Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
2. Employee Relations Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations of employee complaints and allegations, ensuring fairness and impartiality.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
3. Employee Engagement and Well-being:
-Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a sense of community and belonging.
-Promote employee well-being through initiatives such as wellness programs, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and flexible work arrangements.
-Organize employee events and activities to celebrate successes and build team morale.
-Monitor employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
4. Compliance and Legal:
-Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, human rights, and workplace safety.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and advise management on potential implications.
- Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
-Partner with legal counsel on complex employee relations matters.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
5. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
