Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the HR, Admin, and Audit teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Represent the HR leadership of Thailand in global meetings and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of local practices with global standards.
- Conduct regular audits of all departments to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
- Develop career growth frameworks and succession planning to nurture employees professional development and career progression.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures that support business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and recommend changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the global HR team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic plans.
- Act as the point of contact for HR-related communications between the Thailand office and the global team.
- Collaborate with international counterparts to harmonize HR practices and support global HR projects.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the companys overall business strategy.
- Provide expert guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational policies.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline, with over 15 years of solid experience in HRBP and HR strategy management, preferably within a large multinational manufacturing environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with effective communication skills suitable for all levels of the organization, from executives to production operators.
- Extensive experience and familiarity with quality management systems and auditing processes related to HR disciplines and plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, with a preference for understanding international laws and current HR trends.
- Proven ability to thrive in a global work environment and adapt to meeting schedules across different time zones.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to complete projects within established timelines and effectively collaborate with a global HR team while understanding diverse work cultures.
