HR cum Admin Executive
Weare looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on HR cum Admin Executiveto support our day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be involved in recruitment, payroll, employee administration, training coordination and general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employee Administration
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and processing of successful candidates.
- Conduct necessary background checks and pre-employment verification.
- Prepare employment documentation and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR information.
- Assist with employee movements, resignations and other HR administrative matters.
Payroll & CPF Administration
- Process monthly payroll for a few hundred employees accurately and within the required timeline.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information.
- Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions.
- Handle payroll queries and follow up on discrepancies where necessary.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
Training Administration
- Coordinate employee training courses and maintain training records.
- Handle course registrations and liaise with training providers.
- Monitor employees training requirements and certification validity.
- Assist with training-related claims and administrative submissions.
Claims, Grants & General Administration
- Process and follow up on medical claims, transport claims and other employee claims.
- Assist in preparing and submitting applications for applicable government grants, funding and claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on grant/claim status.
- Perform general HR and office administrative duties.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Relevant working experience in HR, payroll and/or administration.
- Candidates with hands-on experience processing payroll for a sizeable workforce will have an advantage.
- Familiar with CPF submissions and Singapore employment practices.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers and employee records.
- Able to handle confidential employee and payroll information professionally.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
