Job Description

  • Salary up to $4,000
  • Mon - Thu (830am-630pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Our client is a leading premium stone solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in natural stone, engineered quartz, porcelain surfaces, fabrication, and installation services. With a strong portfolio of prestigious commercial, hospitality, and residential projects, they are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our team and support our growing workforce.


Job Description:

  • Handle full recruitment process including drafting of Job Description, posting of job, shortlisting of candidates for interview, confirmation, and resignations
  • Coordinate staff onboard and offboard matters - proper hand in/record of any company equipment possessed (keys, laptop etc.)
  • Submission of Government Claims & Grants including statutory claims for NS/Maternity/Childcare leave/training grants within the governmental timeframe
  • Report work-related accident and submit Incident Report & process work injury compensation claims
  • Foreign workers (work permit) work pass application, issuance, and renewal (IPA, security bond & medical checkups)
  • Workers dormitory arrangements
  • Monitor expiry dates and sign up for workers SOC /Core Trade/Multi-skill/ Forklift Refresher courses etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing bimonthly payroll for workers, including update leave records, attendance taking, Computation & workers loan deduction
  • Assist with renewal for work injury compensation insurance and any other types of insurance
  • Company registered motor vehicles related (renewal for vehicle's insurance, inspection & road tax)
  • Maintenance/MOM PE examination for factory equipment (crane, air receiver & fire extinguisher etc.)
  • Report work-related accident and submit Incident Report & process work injury compensation claims
  • Factory SgMA Risk Audit and membership renewal (SCAL, Bizsafe)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR/Business Administration or other related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
