HR Business Partner

In this role, you will work side by side with leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the right people are in the right roles, rewarded fairly, and supported to thrive. As a trusted advisor, you will not only drive HR excellence but also help build leadership capability and a high-performance culture.

Major Missions:

  • Shape the future workforce: Partner with leaders to attract, hire, and grow the right talent aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure fair and competitive rewards: Lead compensation and reward processes to drive retention and Right People, Right Pay.
  • Drive performance and growth: Facilitate performance calibrations, support leaders in managing underperformance, and identify emerging talent.
  • Develop strong leaders: Deliver impactful leadership development programs and build pipelines.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Provide consultation on employee relations, HR practices, and compliance with labor law leverage data insights to highlight risks and opportunities, resolve issues, and support ad-hoc HR initiatives.
  • Enable transformation: Act as a strategic partner to guide organizational development and lead change that enhances performance and culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a client-facing HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Solid understanding of local labor law and employment legislation, with proven experience in handling employee relations cases.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into people strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in a multinational company or technology-driven industry.
  • Familiarity with leadership development programs and talent pipeline building.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional HR initiatives.
