Execute and manage HR full function initiatives and closely works with the HRBP and HR COE teams to provide HR support for all employees in appointed BU/Department toward business transformation.
Areas of responsibility include aspects of recruiting and selection, talent management, performance management, employee relationship and change management.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Manages the overall talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation).
Advises hiring manager with a consultative approach.
Work with HR functional teams to enhance HR initiative implementation and operation excellence.
Provide analysis, advises or insights to management team to assist HR related decision making, operation management, people management, talent development, etc.
Work with HRBP on general HR activities ranging from performance review, C&B, HRIS, L&D.
Facilitate conversations, meetings and workshops related talent development, performance development, and roll-out.
Provide HR services to all staff and ensure understanding of HR policies and procedures, maintain good labor relations, provide counselling services, alert management for any employee issues.
Initiate and execute employee engagement activities align with corporate culture and philosophy.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field
HR Domain knowledge. Minimum 6 years of HR professional experience.
Familiar with HRIS and labor regulation
Able to handle confidential information and issues
Fluent in English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
