The work:Ripple seeks a strategic HR partner for regional Managing Directors in APAC & MEA and other leaders in a key growth region. Your role involves shaping Ripple's people strategy by implementing organizational structure, performance management, and talent retention plans for Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to meet goals and spur growth.
