Job Description
- Partner business leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
- Provide HR advisory on performance, talent, and succession strategies
- Oversee full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive work environment
- Manage employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-driven approach
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal governance
- Support compensation cycles and regional HR initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors
- At least 7+ years of proven experience in HR business partnering within a MNC environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across different functions
- Experience handling employee relations issues with sound judgement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
