Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead annual workforce planning for local business functions to ensure talent allocation aligns with business growth objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of performance and organizational effectiveness metrics, including KPIs and OKRs, and continuously optimize organizational structure and team productivity.
- Regularly provide management with insights into workforce costs, organizational productivity, and business output, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.
2. Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruiting Support
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring profiles and support recruitment for key positions in high-speed interconnect and AI hardware-related businesses, including FAE, R&D, and Sales roles.
- Participate in the interview and selection process for critical positions, ensuring strong alignment between candidate capabilities, cultural fit, and business requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline in Taiwan through campus recruiting, industry talent sourcing, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
3. Talent Development & Incentive Programs
- Develop customized talent development programs based on business needs and collaborate closely with training teams to implement effective development initiatives and track long-term results.
- Partner with business leaders to understand employee motivation and identify key factors influencing engagement and performance.
- Support the development and implementation of differentiated incentive programs to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention.
4. Corporate Culture & Employee Relations
- Drive the implementation of corporate culture across local business teams while integrating local cultural practices with global company values.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives based on local business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to employees and management, supporting employee relations matters and resolving workplace issues and labor disputes appropriately.
5. Local Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure HR policies, employment agreements, and day-to-day HR practices comply with Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and other applicable employment regulations.
- Manage or coordinate key HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, employment regulations, payroll practices, and related compliance requirements.
- Experience in the technology, semiconductor, hardware engineering, telecommunications, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to connect HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use workforce, labor cost, and productivity data to support business decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems is preferred.
- Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in English for business communication and collaboration with global teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate with regional and global teams.
