HR Business Partner (East | Retail Industry) DT

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, retention, and offboarding

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and implement action plans to enhance workplace culture

• Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment legislation

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver seamless HR support

• Coach and support people managers in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement

• Monitor HR metrics, maintain accurate HR data, and prepare reports to support workforce planning and decision-making

• Lead or participate in HR transformation projects, process improvements, and organisational initiatives

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to drive business and people outcomes

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 4-6 years of HR Business Partner exp, with exposure to at least three HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations

• IHRP certification is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR best practices, and employment legislation

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage change, and partner effectively with business leaders

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Resilient, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Willing to travel across Singapore as required
