[Responsibilities]
- Coordinate end-to-end people process of talents from vacancy defining, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Provide advice and suggestions to line managers regarding HR practices, policies, and programs.
- Identify people and organizational issues and provide solutions to line managers to achieve business objectives and improve organization effectiveness.
- Work with managers on employee relations issues.
- Daily HR administrative request to support the employees and managers.
- Lead the company-wide recruitment coordination mechanism, including monthly hiring reviews, HC pipeline management, and candidate progress tracking.
- Act as the company-wide recruitment coordination owner, responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process alignment across departments, including candidate pipeline tracking, interview process optimization, and hiring performance analysis.
