THE OPPORTUNITY
As a HR Business Partner, with business objectives and aspiration in the center of everything we do, you partner closely with business leaders at various levels to influence and deliver strategy as well as operational activities in areas of organizational performance, talent development, engagement, and effectiveness through our people. Your role has responsibility to lead and deliver HR projects for our business units and functions, and take responsibility for supporting change initiatives across your client groups.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategic advisor to leaders
- Align people strategy with business goals, advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent priorities
- Talent management and development driver
- Have impactful discussions to support leaders in identifying high-potential employees with purposeful career paths, and tailored-made career development plans
- Change agent and organizational design facilitator
- Lead or support restructuring, mergers, process changes, and cultural transformations; help teams adopt new ways of working
- Employee relations and performance coach
- Manage complex employee relations issues, coach managers on performance conversations, and ensure fair and compliant people practices
- Data-driven people insights partner
- Use HR analytics to surface trends (turnover, engagement, diversity), measure program impact, and recommend interventions
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of HR experience with focus on Learning & Development, HR Projects, Employee Engagement, Change Management & Business Partnering
- HRIS experience
- Experience in organization design & execution an advantage
- Passionate, agile, and influencing
