HR associate/ Executive (Central Area / Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and background screening.

• Conduct verification of candidates qualifications, employment history, and reference checks.

• Support payroll processing, CPF contributions, and statutory submissions in compliance with local regulations.

• Assist in performance management processes, employee training, and learning & development initiatives.

• Administer employee compensation, incentives, and benefits programs.

• Manage leave administration, medical claims, and employee insurance matters.

• Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, internal directories, and facilitate employee communications.

• Support disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and employee termination processes in accordance with company policies.

• Handle post-employment matters, including employment references, exit documentation, and personnel record maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other local labor laws.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and background screening.
