Job Summary

Lead and execute comprehensive human resource functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees collaboratively to ensure smooth integration into the organization
  • Design and implement frameworks for timely and constructive performance evaluations to enhance employee development
  • Manage employee discipline and termination processes in compliance with company policies to maintain workforce standards
  • Coordinate offboarding processes collaboratively to ensure respectful and compliant employee exits
  • Partner with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals
  • Plan, lead, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support compliance and strategic objectives
  • Administer and oversee HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and workplace issues to maintain positive relations
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs and develop best practices for hiring and talent management to attract and retain top talent
  • Support development, engagement, motivation, and retention of current staff to foster workforce stability
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive working environment that supports employee well-being and productivity
  • Monitor and apply knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies to continuously improve HR functions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple HR tasks with attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to HR challenges and decision-making
