Job Description
Support the execution of HR programs and policies while managing day-to-day HR operations. Acts as the bridge between employees, managers, and HR leadership.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage recruitment activities for assigned functions.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate assessment.
- Handle onboarding and probation reviews.
Employee Relations
- Address routine employee concerns and inquiries.
- Support disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review processes.
- Track performance documentation.
- Support managers in goal-setting administration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll inputs and benefit programs.
- Conduct basic salary benchmarking and reporting.
- Support annual merit and bonus exercises.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs.
- Track learning effectiveness and completion rates.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
- Generate HR reports and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Team Leadership
- May supervise HR Specialists, Coordinators, or Administrators.
- Manage HR processes but usually not HR strategy.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 3+ years of Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Experience working with senior leaders.
- Fluent English communication skills
