This purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives. This role will support the HR Business Partner in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset. The role would be generalist in nature and could encompass Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent, Reward and Talent Acquisition.
Key Accountabilities
- Manages HR business partnering processes and projects to support smooth execution of HR annual cyclical activities through close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (CoE).
- Works directly with managers to resolve less complex employee issues and grievances with support from CoE. Supports building of managerial people capability so that employee relations issues and grievances can be prevented.
- Supports managers and the HRBPs in performance development, annual salary review, compensation review and approval submissions
- Act as Tier 2 escalation point for Tier 1 People Services team for more complex cases.
- Oversees the data insight analysis to support to HR Business Partners in their preparation of reports or presentations decks.
- Provides advisory support for the implementation and monitoring of HR strategy initiatives or organisation design change management.
- Supports large change management activities including draft preparation of communication, data gathering, analysis and efficient processes.
- Supports Workday data integrity through a combination of good understanding of the business and systems knowledge.
- Review, identify and implement continuous process improvement that supports efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.
Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience is preferable
- 2+ years experience in a junior HR business partnering capacity
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Korean proficiency is a plus
