Job Title
HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
Summary/Objective: Responsible for reception, office administration, employee support, facilities coordination, purchasing, and company activities to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Manage reception, incoming calls, visitors, meeting arrangements, and visitor access records.
Manage employee/visitor badges, uniforms, locker keys, business cards, nameplates, seating plans, organization charts, directories, and calendars.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, refreshments, hygiene supplies, and related inventory and purchasing.
Coordinate canteen services, including meal headcount, menu, catering, and monthly settlement.
Manage office supplier contracts, petty cash, purchasing, invoices, and payment settlements.
Manage car/scooter parking and shuttle bus arrangements, including allocation, payment, contracts, and renewals.
Support employee welfare activities, including Tigerbuck, marriage/bereavement benefits, gifts, vouchers, and flowers.
Coordinate office decorations, festival celebrations, birthday events, company worship activities, sustainability activities, and related communications.
Respond to employees general administrative inquiries and provide timely support.
Perform other administrative duties and projects assigned.
Special projects as and when assigned by Management.
Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions
The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities.

Required Experience
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Preferred Education
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / related technical or equivalent experience.
- On the job training as appropriate.
