HR & Administration Senior Executive

About the Opportunity
We are a well-established MNC seeking a hands-on and versatile HR & Administration Senior Executive to support its Taiwan operations.
Supporting a lean and collaborative Taiwan office of approximately 30 employees, this standalone role combines Human Resources, office administration, and executive support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting local leadership, and driving a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Taiwan.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Support employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and audit activities.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.
- Manage office vendors, service providers, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, company events, and administrative processes.
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to the local business leader.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on key action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, administration, or business support roles.
- Strong understanding of Taiwan employment legislation and HR operational practices.
- Experience in a standalone HR Generalist, HR Lead, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.
- Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders or business leaders is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
