我們的客戶目前正在尋找一位具經驗的人力資源暨行政經理,協助台北據點的建立與營運擴展。
這是一個能夠從零建立人資體系,並參與公司從0到50–100人規模成長的重要機會。
主要職責
- 負責整體人力資源與行政管理工作
- 負責薪資作業(Payroll),確保準確性與符合法規
- 確保公司符合台灣勞動法規及相關規範
- 建立並維護人資制度、流程與政策
- 支援公司從0到50–100人規模的建立與成長
- 與管理層合作推動人力資源策略與人力規劃
任職條件
- 熟悉台灣勞動法規、薪資作業及人事合規
- 具備完整人力資源運作經驗
- 具備從零開始建立人資體系並推動至50–100人規模成長的實務經驗
- 具備制度建立與政策制定經驗
- 具備新創或成長型企業經驗者佳
- 能獨立作業,適應快速且多變的工作環境
- 能適應高度不確定性與持續變動的環境,並具備主動積極、以解決問題為導向的思維
- 具備良好的溝通能力與跨部門協作能力
HR & Administration Manager – Tech Start-up (Taipei)
Our client is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to support the setup and scaling of operations in Taipei.
This is an exciting opportunity to build HR foundations from the ground up and play a key role in scaling the organisation from 0 to 50–100 employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions
- Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan labour laws and statutory requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and frameworks
- Support organisational setup and scaling from 0 to 50–100 employees
- Partner with leadership on people strategy and workforce planning
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labour regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll practices
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations
- Hands-on experience building HR from zero to scale (0–50–100 employees)
- Experience in policy development and HR framework setup
- Experience in a start-up or scaling environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant changes, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
