Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including overtime, commissions, allowances and submissions (CPF, IR8A and IR21).
Employee Matters & Work Pass
Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee records and offboarding.
Prepare employment contracts and support employee relations matters.
Manage Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and compliance.
Leave & Attendance
Administer leave, attendance and medical claims through the HR system.
Monitor attendance records and process related reports and payroll deductions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation.
Administration
Provide administrative support to the Marketing department, including brochure printing, document preparation and other marketing administrative tasks.
Oversee general office administration and corporate administrative functions.
Coordinate company insurance, vehicle administration, workplace safety documentation, vendor management and company events.
Support ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Language: English & Mandarin
No experience required but have to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with local HR and payroll regulations is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
