Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including overtime, commissions, allowances and submissions (CPF, IR8A and IR21).

Employee Matters & Work Pass

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee records and offboarding.

  • Prepare employment contracts and support employee relations matters.

  • Manage Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and compliance.

Leave & Attendance

  • Administer leave, attendance and medical claims through the HR system.

  • Monitor attendance records and process related reports and payroll deductions.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation.

Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department, including brochure printing, document preparation and other marketing administrative tasks.

  • Oversee general office administration and corporate administrative functions.

  • Coordinate company insurance, vehicle administration, workplace safety documentation, vendor management and company events.

  • Support ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Language: English & Mandarin

  • No experience required but have to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiar with local HR and payroll regulations is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
