Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Handle end-to-end payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy, payment processing, follow-up with clients for payments, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Coordinate statutory contributions and HR compliance matters (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) with external payroll vendors, banks, and authorities.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Partner with the regional HR team on policy updates, performance management cycles, and HR initiatives.

Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations, including vendor coordination, office supplies, facilities, and service providers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external parties on administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with banks, service providers, and government-related administrative requirements as needed.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense claims coordination, and general office logistics.
  • Assist in maintaining company licenses, contracts, and administrative records.

Basic Accounting & Financial Administration (Non-Accounting Role)

  • Support basic accounting administration, including invoice tracking, expense recording, and payment coordination (AP/AR follow-up only).
  • Assist in bank-related matters such as payment preparation, simple reconciliations, and documentation support.
  • Coordinate with external accountants or finance teams by providing required documents and data.
  • Support budgeting administration, cost tracking, and financial data consolidation for internal reporting purposes (non-financial statements).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous working experience as an HR administrative for 5 years
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and project management
