Job Description & Requirements
This role will support Human Resources department. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel Union, legal and claim records. Managing HR data and documents and updating internal databases.
Responsibilities:
Grants Management
- To administer, and manage various grant projects and salary support programs.
- Research and identify potential trending grant opportunities for salary support.
- Maintain a database of incoming payments and generate detailed reports.
Legal Administration
- Compile and maintain data related to resignations without notice, breach of agreements, and accident cases.
- Liaise with law firms to request Letters of Demand (LOD).
- Prepare requisitions and process payments for legal cases.
- File cases with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) to claim dues for resignations without notice.
- Monitor and follow up on incoming payments related to legal matters.
Recreational Activities
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar for corporate events and initiatives.
- Organize and execute quarterly corporate events to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses preferred
- At least 2 years of related working experience in Human Resource
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able liaise with Chinese speaking candidates
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
