Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
. Process workers payroll accurately and prepare payroll-related reports.
. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, annual leave, medical leave, and medical claims.
. Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical check-up arrangements.
. Administer Security Bonds, Primary Care Plans (PCP), and insurance claims.
. Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
. Perform data entry and documentation, ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date.
. Assist in organising company events and employee engagement activities.
. Coordinate dormitory arrangements for foreign employees.
. Coordinate training course registrations and related arrangements.
Administrative:
. Assist in ISO audit preparation and documentation.
. Handle vehicle ERP Cash Card top-ups and related records.
. Administer and maintain tenancy agreements.
. Coordinate JTC lease renewal matters.
