HR Admin Assistant/Executive

You will be part of the team supporting the pre-opening of a new boutique hotel under an international hospitality brand in Singapore. Real exposure. Real stakes. From day one.

No prior HR experience required - training will be provided. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and eager to grow. Attitude matters more than your CV.

What you will be doing

• Posting job advertisements and managing candidate pipelines on posting platforms
• Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates updated throughout the hiring process
• Supporting onboarding for new hires - preparing employment documents, collecting information, and setting up personnel files
• Maintaining HR records, filing systems, and tracking sheets - keeping everything accurate and up to date
• Assisting with general HR administration and supporting the team on day-to-day tasks
• Learning MOM and work pass administrative processes alongside experienced HR colleagues

What we are looking for

• no prior HR experience required, training will be provided, candidates with relavant experience will be consider for higher positions
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Responsive and professional in communication with candidates, colleagues, and clients
• Comfortable in a fast-paced but well-guided environment - things move quickly but you will never be left without support
• Most importantly: a positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow in HR
