Overall Job Purpose
As an Operational Quality Compliance Supervisor, you will enhance operational excellence by developing and implementing quality and compliance programs, managing KPIs, and leading process improvements. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across operations through monitoring, documentation, and pilot testing
.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Compliance Programs: Establish and monitor operational quality and compliance mechanisms.
- KPI Management: Support the development and management of performance KPIs for the Operational Quality & Compliance team.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend process redesigns to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and present reports to business leaders.
- Pilot Testing: Conduct pilot tests on new tools and procedures before implementatio
- n.Documentation: Create and update quality assurance documents, including work instructions and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education/Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree or above in any discipline
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge/Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, operational compliance, or process improvement in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Proven ability to design and implement monitoring mechanisms for performance and compliance.
- Experience in developing and managing quality and compliance K
- PIs.Project management experience is a plus
