Marketing & Sales Enablement Develop and manage the creative process and logistics of marketing materials (both digital assets and printed materials) for different sales channels, markets and go-to-market initiatives to drive for customer engagement, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with Morrison brand identity
Digital and Social Marketing - Oversee and manage the Morrison digital presence (including websites and social media platforms) to keep internal and external stakeholders abreast of Morrison's latest company information, market trend and Morrison solution.
Event Management - Take full responsibility for event management, including budget oversight, creative direction, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with Morrison's brand identity and communication standards.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement - Collaborate with Corp. HR to develop and implement internal communications to foster employee engagement, build a strong organizational culture and ensure employees are informed, aligned and inspired.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
10+ years of solid experience in marketing, corporate communications or public relations fields, either in-house or with agency, with strong project management experience
Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with strong storytelling abilities
Extensive experience in managing large events and marketing campaigns, including budget oversight, creative process management, and ensuring brand compliance. A hands-on approach to project management is essential.
Ability to measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and use data to refine strategies.
Strong attention to detail is essential for managing multiple projects and ensuring quality execution.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for content management and analytics
Talents with experience in logistics, aviation industry is a plus.
