We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our global HQ in Taipei. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to design, deploy, maintain, and optimize our hardware, network, and systems to support business growth. You should be able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, while communicating effectively with different teams and users. Your ultimate goal is to ensure our network infrastructure and application systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Cloud: Manage global networks (LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN) and Azure cloud services; maintain virtualized environments (VM/virtual infrastructure), security settings, and performance.
2. Security: Configure firewalls, ACL, IDS/IPS, and security policies; ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
3. Support: Provide user support and resolve connectivity and system issues.
4. Projects: Work with overseas teams on cross-border projects; occasional international travel for implementation and troubleshooting.
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain SOPs, configuration records, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer (Network & Systems) or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), VMware, firewalls, and vCenter.
• Hands-on experience with virtualized environments (VM/virtual infrastructure).
• Good English communication skills with proven ability to draft technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially change, incident, and problem management.
• Strong IT security awareness.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or overseas onsite support is a plus.
