About the Role
We are looking for a Control Tower Operations Specialist to join our Global Headquarters team. This role serves as the central point of coordination between our key clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement across global logistics activities.
Working Hours: Day Shift 09:0018:00 / Evening Shift 15:0024:00
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly review scope of service with clients and internal account owners; participate in strategic customer meetings and provide professional support.
- Collaborate with project and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational handover.
- Guide global stations on SOP compliance, assist in root cause analysis and quality improvement.
- Provide timely operational updates and proactively alert relevant teams on potential issues to mitigate risk.
- Support business reviews by compiling data and preparing reports (e.g., monthly/quarterly QBR/MBR).
- Assist in quotation preparation and proposal support for new opportunities.
- Join evening conference calls with Asia-based teams for cross-regional coordination.
- Respond to anomalies with quick action and practical solutions, contributing to ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong professional communication and writing skills.
- Experience serving large multinational clients; familiarity with semiconductor or tech industries is a plus.
- Proficient in freight forwarding operations and systems, with a track record in cross-functional project management and client onboarding.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data interpretation.
- Experience in airfreight procurement or carrier negotiation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, quick to respond, collaborative, and excellent at time management.
