Overview Of The Position
As an HPCBU Mechanical Engineer, you'll engineer mechanical solutions for high-performance computing products, responsible for creating designs (Creo/AutoCAD), overseeing mold processes, and supporting verification through production transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- RFQ evaluation, mechanism design, fixture design, model making and review, mold design review, mold trial and review.
- Product design, verification, engineering drawing preparation, approval letter preparation, organization specification establishment and review.
- Mass production technology training and transfer, creative thinking and execution.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Creo and AutoCAD operation, 2D/3D drawing software, word processing software
- High frequency related concepts, mechanism structural mechanics, materials science, mold design knowledge, injection molding knowledge,
- Machining knowledge
- Experience in server internal/external line design, computer peripheral product design
- Product mass production experience, supplier quality and technology evaluation experience
- Stress analysis, mold flow analysis, high frequency analysis
