Job Description
Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer
- Manage HVAC, chilled water, cooling water, utility piping, and process exhaust systems.
- Support infrastructure design, optimization, reliability improvement, and capacity planning.
- Conduct engineering analysis, design reviews, commissioning, and energy-efficiency projects.
- Manage contractors and support capital projects.
Senior Facilities Controls Engineer
- Own PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.
- Support automation design, programming, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Manage Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, and Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems.
- Ensure system reliability, compliance, and safety performance.
Senior Facilities Gas & Chemical Engineer
- Manage gas distribution, chemical delivery, wastewater treatment, and abatement systems.
- Lead process safety reviews, environmental compliance, and capacity planning activities.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop operating procedures and technical standards.
Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer
- Manage high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage power distribution systems.
- Support UPS, generators, ATS, and critical electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct load analysis, reliability studies, and electrical system optimization.

The Successful Applicant
Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or critical facility environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, utilities, and mechanical infrastructure.
Senior Facilities Controls Engineer
- Degree in Controls, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial automation or semiconductor facilities.
- Expertise in PLC, SCADA, industrial networking, and life safety systems.
Senior Facilities Gas & Chemical Engineer
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in gas, chemical, utility, or environmental systems.
- Knowledge of process safety, wastewater treatment, and regulatory compliance.
Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in power distribution and critical facility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electrical protection systems, load analysis, and power modeling tools.
