Ariba and DocuSign would be highly advantageous
experience in procurement and commercial contract management
Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fast paced areas of IT services.
. Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software /hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non disclosure agreements,addendums, etc., including finalisation, formatting and triggering contractsigning via Docusign.
. Review of schedules and requirement specifications for ITcontracts, including service level agreements and functional / technicalrequirements. . Providing general advice on contract validity and contract renewal documentation.
. Drafting and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP)documents and working with IT project managers on RFP and/or proposal clarifications.
. Working closely with other functions in Procurement department and Legal department during the RFP and contract drafting process.
. Ensure proper governance and approvals by stakeholders andsenior management before final contract award and execution.
. Contribute to any projects that may be assigned bymanagement from time to time.
. Administrative duties such as filing, documenting and keeping official records of all contracts executed by the company and management of contracts, as well extraction of business reports for senior management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels. . Able to provide sound advice on contract renewals and ensure compliance with internal corporate governance processes. .Able to work independently and effectively under pressure. . Proficient withMicrosoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel. . Proficiency or experience in Ariba (e-Procurement System) will be an added advantage
