High Performance Network R&D Engineer-Infrastructure

1. Responsible for the research and development of high-speed network technology with low latency and high throughput, as well as its application in the company's key businesses such as computing, storage, AI, machine learning, recommendation, etc. 2. Apply high-speed network technology to virtual machines and container networks to accelerate network virtualization scenarios 3. Design and research and development of core technologies such as high-performance communication framework and congestion control 4. Research and develop high-speed network platform systems to promote the large-scale deployment of high-speed network technology in Byte data centers 5. Promote the continuous evolution of high-speed network technology through technological innovation and create the next generation of ultra-low-latency high-speed interconnection technology.

1. Proficient in computer networks and network programming, proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, such as C/C++, Python, Go, etc. 2. Familiar with the latest developments in the current network and system fields, those with development experience in data center networks, RDMA, user mode protocol stacks, high-performance communication frameworks, etc. are preferred 3. Applicants with experience in distributed system development are preferred.
