Location: TTDI / Uptown Damansara

Salary: Up to RM 6,000 / month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Renewal)

Are you ready to take your supply chain and logistics career to the regional stage We are looking for an ambitious Healthcare Account Specialist (APAC) to manage regional client accounts and drive operational excellence across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary account lead for key healthcare clients across the APAC region.

- Bridge the gap between clients and internal logistics/warehousing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Address customer enquiries promptly, manage operational escalations, and maintain high service standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize regional account workflows and service quality.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operational fields.

- Prior experience in Healthcare Logistics / Supply Chain is highly preferred.

- Strong customer-facing/account management experience with excellent communication skills.

- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-border stakeholders across APAC.
