College degree or above in Nursing or a related field.
At least two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting; no prior occupational health or factory nursing experience required.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan and
willingness to work rotating shifts, including day/night shifts and weekends as required.
Completion of 52-hour Occupational Health Training is required.
/ Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including routine health check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate care plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records while strictly adhering to confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Develop and deliver health education and wellness promotion programs to prevent illness and enhance employee well-being.
- Identify, monitor, and manage workplace health risks, and actively participate in occupational safety and health initiatives.
- / Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical nursing skills with the ability to independently manage health interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
/ Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience; experience in occupational health is a plus.
- Valid nursing license in Taiwan.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
