Job Responsibilities
1. Focus on the management and maintenance of the entire life cycle of headphones, speakers and other products, not limited to self-developed products and imported products, assist the market in achieving product goals and performance goals
2. Responsible for the functional design, prototype design review, and core device selection of headphones, speakers and other products Suggest, collect/organize/analyze market competing products and internal feedback needs to conduct product iterations, product pricing suggestions, product functions and supporting solution testing and verification
3. Complete product supply and stocking statistics, including self-developed products and imported products, and pay attention to headphones, speakers, etc. in a timely manner The market situation of audio products is sensitive to new audio product technologies
4. Complete the construction of the audio product data system, including but not limited to writing specifications, marketing/strategy documents, etc.
5. Complete internal product technology training and external publicity, and be able to Be able to assume the responsibilities of a project manager and participate in multiple links such as pre-sales, sales and after-sales in important projects
6. Accept temporary work arrangements made by superiors based on actual needs (including a small amount of travel work)
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above, with a science and engineering background, including but not limited to communications, electronics, computers and other majors more than 3 years of direct experience in audio-related fields and positions, and those with audio industry-related certificates are preferred.
2. Necessary knowledge and skill requirements:
(1) Have experience as a professional audio industry product manager and pre-sales technical support
(2) Have certain audio technology reserves, especially headphones, audio direction, and have the ability to tune audio algorithms and sound field simulation tests
(3) Have experience in cooperating with e-commerce
(4) Have strong document writing skills and be able to skillfully use various office software and write relevant product documents.
