Role Description The Headhunting Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei.

-This role is responsible for managing end-to-end executive search assignments, including understanding client needs, defining role requirements, and developing tailored search strategies.

-The consultant will identify, approach, and assess potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and present comprehensive candidate evaluations and market insights to clients.

-Day-to-day work includes market and talent mapping, maintaining and expanding professional networks, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong executive search and recruitment skills, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess skills in market research, industry analysis, and talent mapping to support data-driven search strategies.
• Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English are preferred;
