We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Sales for our local team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth
- Set up clear R&R and KPI for the team in order to achieve sales targets.
- Proven skills in acquiring new vendors, project planning and problem solving.
- Build and retain profitable partnerships with chief stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Min 10-year experience in commercial strategic and business development
- Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges
- Proven experience in sales growth
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
