Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the trade marketing function, overseeing the execution of promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales across all channels, ensuring Evergreen commerce targets are met.
  • Develop trade programs aligned with corporate objectives and market needs, focusing on achieving annual sales growth and market penetration.
  • Drive excellence in channel execution, ensuring high-performance standards and KPI achievement.
  • Maximize the ROI of trade marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement, ensuring that promotional activities directly contribute to sales growth.

2.Team Leadership and Development

  • Develop team capabilities through coaching to drive results, ensuring each member meets their individual sales targets.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align trade marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring all departments work together to meet annual performance targets.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management regarding trade marketing initiatives, ensuring that monthly sales and market performance reports accurately reflect progress.

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Stay informed on industry trends and adjust trade marketing strategies accordingly to ensure long-term growth and achievement of annual financial goals.
