Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC & Middle East

Regional remit: Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and the Middle East

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to head our TA function across APAC and the Middle East.

You will lead on talent acquisition strategy, be a trusted partner and adviser to regional business leaders, and act as the point of contact for critical and senior hiring requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver the regional talent acquisition strategy in line with our Capco30 strategy and growth priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team, creating an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
• Remain hands-on with senior and business-critical recruitment searches.
• Simplify and improve recruitment processes, creating consistently high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences, aligned to Capco global standards.
• Improve the use of recruitment technology, data, and responsible AI to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Manage agencies and external partners, strengthening commercial terms and performance, and maintaining cost control.
• Own regional recruitment reporting, analytics and budgets, using data to identify risks and opportunities and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Be a visible ambassador for Capco and strengthen our employer brand across regional talent markets.

What you'll bring

• Extensive talent acquisition experience, including leadership across multiple APAC countries.
• A strong track record recruiting within consulting, financial services, technology or digital environments.
• Proven experience leading and coaching remote or geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
• Professional fluency in English additional regional language capabilities would be advantageous.
